Step 1 of 4
Report issues or request information regarding litter offences including dropping litter, gum, and cigarette butts in public places or from a car. We will issue a Fixed Penalty Notice for littering including out of a motor vehicle. If we are satisfied after investigations are carried out that an offence was committed it may result in court action or a £75.00 Fixed Penalty Notice. Please note that we are unable to take anonymous complaints for littering incidents that have been witnessed.
